These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Natália Sanchis Cleaning & Handyman ("we", "us", "our"), including communication via WhatsApp, our website, and in-person services.
By contacting us, requesting a quote, or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide professional cleaning and handyman services in the United Kingdom, including but not limited to:
- End of Tenancy Cleaning
- Move In/Out Cleaning
- After Builders Cleaning
- Regular Cleaning (Weekly/Fortnightly)
- Carpet Cleaning
- Office & Commercial Cleaning
- Handyman Services
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are provided based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from the initial description. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if additional work is required.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once we agree on the date, time, and scope of work via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
Cancellation Policy: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 7 days of the service date, and we will return to address any issues at no additional cost.
7. Access and Preparation
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property. Please ensure that:
- Someone is present or access arrangements are made
- Valuables and fragile items are secured
- Pets are safely contained if necessary
- Parking is available or arrangements are communicated
8. Liability
We are fully insured and take great care in our work. However:
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear
- Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided
9. WhatsApp Communication
By contacting us via WhatsApp, you consent to receiving communications through this channel, including quotes, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups related to your enquiry or booking.
You may opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time by messaging us or emailing [email protected].
10. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your information and complying with UK GDPR.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Natália Sanchis Cleaning & Handyman and is protected by copyright laws.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
