Your Right to Data Deletion
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data (also known as the "right to be forgotten"). We respect your privacy and are committed to complying with your request.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Send an Email
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line:
"Data Deletion Request"
Step 2: Include Required Information
In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- The phone number associated with your WhatsApp account (if applicable)
- Your email address
- A brief statement requesting the deletion of your data
Step 3: Verification
We may contact you to verify your identity before processing your request. This is to ensure we are deleting the correct data and to protect your privacy.
Step 4: Confirmation
Once your request is processed, we will send you a confirmation email. Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Response Time
We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving a valid request. If we need more time due to the complexity of your request, we will inform you within 30 days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon your request, we will delete:
- Your contact information (name, phone number, email)
- Your address and property details
- Any photos or images you have shared with us
- WhatsApp conversation history stored in our systems
- Booking and service records (unless required for legal purposes)
Exceptions
In some cases, we may be required to retain certain data for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes. If this applies to your request, we will inform you and explain which data we need to retain and for how long.
WhatsApp Data
